Facing rising interest rates through most of 2023, Indiana's housing market cooled to the lowest number of sales since 2012 and fewer listings than any time since IAR began tracking. Still, with the year-over-year sales gap closing in the fall and interest rates falling, there is reason to be optimistic about 2024.

Sales decline 8% across the state, but these 10 ZIP Codes had at least 30 sales and grew by at least 20%.

Despite 11% year-over-year decline in sales statewide, ZIP Codes in these five markets had strong positive growth.
