Counties with Sales Growth in Early May

Two thirds of large counties (at least 10 sales) had year-over-year sales growth for the week of May 5.

The fastest growth belongs to Vigo County, which had 24 sales that week, compared to only 10 in the same week the previous year. Neighboring Parke and Sullivan counties were also in positive territory.

Bartholomew had sales growth of 72% for that week, fueled by strong inventory growth through April. Jennings County also had positive sales growth.

Further west, Knox County matched Bartholomew's sales growth exactly. In fact, the entire southwest corner of the state is seeing strong sales growth.

Among large counties, Vanderburgh is up 49%, Marion is up 25%, Lake is up 5%, and Allen is actually down 9%.
