Indiana had its strongest week of new pending sales of the year, with 2,130 contracts compared to 1,988 last year. This growth was fueled by strong markets in the state's large metro areas. Five of the six largest metro areas had year-over-year growth in pendings last week.

Weekly pendings grew 12% compared to last year. Marion County had 13% growth, while most suburban counties had even stronger growth. In Hamilton County, pendings were up 19%, and in Hancock County they were up 36%.

Northwest Indiana is the only large region with a decline in weekly pendings, but that is driven by negative growth in Lake, the largest county. In Porter County, new contracts grew by 60% year-over-year.
