Fort Wayne, Gary, and Indianapolis all had double-digit year-over-year growth in listings last week.
In Marion County, there were 235 listings, 28% over last year at this time. While most suburban counties have positive listing growth, Johnson stands out: with 41 listings, it's 29% over last year's weekly total.
Lake County had 35% year-over-year growth (127 listings). In fact, almost all of the northernmost counties showed strong growth—45% in Porter County, 26% in St. Joseph County, and 34% in Elkhart County.
Allen County listings grew 19% compared to the same week last year. Whitley and Noble counties also had year-over-year growth.
Other counties with positive year-over-year growth in listings last week include: Howard County (25%), Floyd County (113%), and Madison County (55%).
