Of all ZIP Codes with at least 20 listings so far this year, the fastest year-over-year growth belongs to 46807 in Fort Wayne. This area, south of downtown and near the Electric Works project, is lower-cost than Fort Wayne on average. Listings have been rising month-over-month for the past few months.

The ZIP Code 46304 (Chesterton) had twice as many listings this January compared to last January. With 22 sales in January, the area saw a 47% year-over-year increase in sales.

Jasper, Indiana (47546) had a poor month of sales but a strong month of listings. There were 21 new listings in January—110% higher than last year. Inventory in Jasper has actually been down year-over-year through the fall and winter, but these additional listings pushed inventory to 7% year-over-year growth.
