For homes that sold in the week of December 2, the typical home in Indiana spent 31 days on the market before coming under contract. In Gibson County, homes came under contract in one week. That is based on 14 closings, making for a reliable statistic. The county has averaged 13 days on market for the last three weeks.

Floyd County homes were under contract in a median of 15 days last week. The average has hovered consistently around 18 days for the past 9 weeks, a quicker sale pace than the state.
