Pending Sales Surge Across Southern Indiana, Indy Metro, and The Region

Pending sales are in positive growth territory in Southern Indiana, the Indy Metro, and The Region.

Clark County leads the way with a striking 40% year-over-year increase, followed by Vanderburgh (23%), Lake (18%), and Hamilton (12%). Marion County, the state’s largest market, posted a solid 9% increase with 367 new pending contracts over the past three weeks.

While Northern and East Central Indiana show mixed trends, the southern and central parts of the state are fueling statewide momentum.
