IAR produces more than a dozen market reports on a weekly and monthly basis. These are based on all the MLS data across Indiana.

Some reports are behind a login. Use your Indiana Association of REALTORS® member login. Our most commonly used reports are monthly and 3-month rolling reports. Try the Detailed Market Overview to see price, construction, and property type breakouts.

Build your report

Select a date, a geography type, and a geography.

You can type in the geography menu to find the market you're looking for.

Explore the charts

A report is a collection of charts. They are interactive: hover over data points to learn more.

Under each chart, you can download the image, download the data, or share the chart with a public link.

Use This Report: Save Charts

Build slides quickly by opening Use This Report > Build Slide Pack. Choose your charts and export them. They land in your downloads folder. Now you can drop them into a slide deck.

You can even generate talking points to finish your presentation with one click.

Share a Report

Select Use This Report > Copy Shareable Link. This is a public link that anyone can use to view this single report for this single date and geography.

The shareable link lets you share a report with people without an IAR login, even if it is a member-only report.

Save a PDF version

Select Use This Report > Download a PDF. Print this or share it by attaching it to an email.

Steps

3. Share charts or the entire report from Use This Report menu
4. Create a PDF version to print or attach to an email
