Select Comparison Areas

When you're building a report, choose "Compare Geographies". Add up to two more geographies. They don't need to be the same type. For some reports, you even compare different property types for the same geography.

Read the Report

In this comparison view, reports show tables instead of charts. Indicators like days on market or price are directly comparable. For counts (listings, sales, inventory) focus on comparing the trends (year-over-year change).

When to use

• Compare a ZIP Code to the county and metro area where it's located. Compare two neighboring markets. Compare similar cities across the state.

Steps

1. Pick a geography in a report builder
2. Switch to "Compare Geographies"
3. Add up to two more geographies
4. View the report
