Open Spark

Click Chat in the navigation bar or click the Ask Spark tile on the homepage.

Ask a Question

Type in the prompt area and hit enter.

You can ask about specific indicators, specific markets, or market rankings. You can also ask Spark to generate posts, emails, and charts.

Edit Your Content

Content gets pinned to your pinboard, where you can edit and copy the text.

You can even regenerate the text by rewriting for a specific audience.

Use the Checklist

Finish the job by tracking your next steps. We copied our post, but we still need to export our chart. Now that is checked off, and we're ready to post the text and the chart to a social platform.

Trustworthy Sources

All the sources appear in your pinboard. Spark only uses data we have built and vetted, and you can prove that by going straight to the source.

Spark uses the same source data as our traditional Market Reports. It only has access to aggregate data, not MLS records.

Pin and Share Interesting Facts

When you find something interesting, select it and pin it. This creates a Fact Card. Click to edit this and download it. You can immediately share this to social media.

Fact Cards are 4x5, optimized for Instagram and Facebook.

Pro tip

Spark only sees aggregate data, not individual MLS records. This is more secure, but it also means it cannot answer questions about specific properties or detailed queries that would require access to the MLS database.
