Historically, 79% of listings are posted within three days and 96% within seven days. Reporting was slower before 2018, and the cutoff for counting a sale is adjusted for each period so that earlier years are counted on the same basis as recent ones. Expected values were refit in August 2026 and now align to the month they describe. Geography notes: New construction is now counted here, as it already was elsewhere in Indiana. Figures here are higher than previously published. All history has been rebuilt on the current method, so the trend is consistent throughout.
