Pending contracts may be posted to an MLS system after their pending date. Historically, 81% of listings are posted within three days and 92% within seven days. A listing that goes pending more than once in a month now counts once per pending, rather than once for the month. Expected values were refit in August 2026 and now align to the month they describe.
