Pending contracts may be posted to an MLS system after their pending date. Historically, 81% of listings are posted within three days and 92% within seven days. A listing that goes pending more than once in a month now counts once per pending, rather than once for the month. Expected values were refit in August 2026 and now align to the month they describe. Geography notes: Listings handled by an MLS outside this county's association were previously excluded and are now counted. Figures here are higher than previously published. All history has been rebuilt on the current method, so the trend is consistent throughout.
