Pending contracts may be posted to an MLS system after their pending date. Historically, 81% of listings are posted within three days and 92% within seven days. A listing that goes pending more than once in a month now counts once per pending, rather than once for the month. Expected values were refit in August 2026 and now align to the month they describe. Geography notes: Urban core counties are located in a multi-county MSA with at least 250,000 residents and contain the principal city of that MSA. An exception was made for Lake County. While Chicago is the principal city of this MSA, Lake County represents an urban area of significant importance in Indiana.
