How to use this
- Measure picks what you’re charting (counts, mean price, median price).
- Group by creates one line/bar per category (property type, new vs existing, size/price ranges).
- Filter narrows the data before charting.
- Medians are approximations computed from price buckets (good for trends).
Data is limited to 2007 through yesterday. Small groups are suppressed.
